The 2nd Annual Chicaogland Teddy Bear Show offers attendees two fantastic workshops to choose from on Friday followed by a Dessert Reception and Artists' Choice Gallery Sale in the evening. On Saturday collectors are treated to a public show and sale featuring some of the best artists from the US, Canada, Netherlands and beyond!

Workshops 10am-4pm
This master needlefelter will teach a workshop on the basics of needlefelting including types of wool, needles and the methods used to do needlefelted appliqué. At the end of the workshop you'll have finished a denim tote bag with a bear face on the front and his back side on the back. With the skills learned students can incorporate needlefelting into many different crafts. Bear artists will be able to apply needlefelted accents to their bears.
Workshop fee: $95 per person including all materials and lunch.

Dessert Reception and Artist's Choice Gallery Sale 7pm-9pm
All artists and collectors are invited to a delicious dessert reception in the Embassy's lovely atrium. Decadent sweets, coffee and tea and wine will be served. Show artists will each bring one special piece to the reception where it will be displayed and for sale to attending collectors!
Don't miss this special evening to mingle with artists and fellow collectors and perhaps adopt a very special bear into your hug.
Casual evening attire is required.

Public Show and Sale 9:30am-3pm
High quality bears in many different styles, sizes and colors await you in the Embassy's bright and spacious ballroom. A truly luxurious setting with thousands of bears by 50 artists make it a collector's dream come true! Demonstrations and give-a-ways will take place throughout the day. Lunch will be available in the hotel restaurant.
Admission: $8 Adults, Kids 12 & Under Free
